Dental Insurance

Many patients have some type of dental insurance and, in the majority of cases, we are able and happy to assist you in maximizing your benefits. To get a head start on the process, contact us about your plan today! At your first visit, we will ask for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you.

Insured patients’ cost estimates will be broken down by insured and uninsured costs, and we ask that uninsured costs be paid as services are rendered. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of treatment costs. It is because of this, plus the common delays in receiving payment from insurance companies, that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges when treatment is provided. Please note that estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim has been submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined.

As a courtesy, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.

No Insurance? No Problem!

We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards, as well as Flexible Spending and Health Savings plans. We also offer flexible financing because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the cost of dental care into their budgets.
